About the role
We are looking for an experienced, highly results-oriented Blog/SEO Manager who can grow organic traffic, affiliate revenue, and business impact, not just publish articles.
This role is for someone who understands SEO strategy, blog management, content optimization, backlink outreach, and AI-assisted content production. We are not looking for someone who writes generic SEO content without results. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, works from data, and can clearly demonstrate performance.
What you will own
- Create thumbnails in Canva
- Manage the FilipKonecny.com blog
- Manage the Markework.com blog in a custom blog environment developed by Filip Konečný Enterprises
- Create and execute the SEO strategy
- Analyze current blog posts and optimize them for SEO across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Conduct backlink outreach and write guest articles for external blogs
- Work with and navigate Ahrefs and Ubersuggest
- Work with Google Analytics to measure traffic and performance
- Create articles using AI and custom FK Enterprises-owned Chrome extension software with pre-created prompts
- Perform article prompt engineering to ensure AI generates the best possible articles
- Identify SEO opportunities that can improve rankings, traffic, and affiliate revenue
- Monitor results and continuously improve the strategy based on data
- Focus on generating trackable revenue through affiliate links from companies stated in the contract
What we need from you
- 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Experience managing blogs and optimizing content for rankings and performance
- Experience with backlink outreach and guest article writing
- Experience with Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, and Google Analytics
- Ability to work with AI-assisted content workflows and improve outputs through prompt engineering
- Strong content judgment and ability to create or optimize articles with commercial intent
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work without constant supervision
- Portfolio required
- Applicants must provide clear examples of past work and explain what they personally did
