User Agreement

Effective date: February 24, 2026

This User Agreement sets specific platform rules for all users of MARKEWORK.com in addition to the Terms of Service.

1. Account Integrity

• You must provide truthful registration and profile information.
• You are responsible for account security and all actions under your account.
• You must not share account access in a way that breaches law or platform rules.

2. Marketplace Conduct

• No harassment, discrimination, impersonation, or deceptive behavior.
• No illegal offers, fraudulent listings, or manipulation of ratings/reviews.
• No scraping, automated abuse, malware, or service disruption.

3. Content Standards

• Only upload content you have the right to publish.
• Do not publish unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful material.
• Public freelancer profiles must comply with the active plan limitations.

4. Free Account Limitations

• Free marketer accounts are limited to 5 tokens per monthly cycle.
• Free marketer accounts cannot publish a public freelancer profile.
• Upgrade options are available from your account membership settings.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, applicable laws, or our security requirements.

6. Reporting and Complaints

Users may report suspected abuse using platform tools or our contact form.
