Refund and Withdrawal Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid digital services on MARKEWORK.com, including subscriptions and token purchases.
2. Subscription Charges
- Membership plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless stated otherwise.
- You may cancel renewal at any time from your account or payment portal.
- Cancellation stops future billing and does not automatically refund past billing periods.
3. Token Purchases
- Tokens are digital usage credits and are non-transferable.
- Used tokens are non-refundable.
- Unused token refunds may be considered only where required by law or in confirmed billing error cases.
4. EU/EEA Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. However, this right may be limited or lost where digital service performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement, as permitted by law.
5. Non-Delivery, Duplicate Charge, or Billing Error
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, did not receive purchased service, or were charged more than once, contact us without undue delay. Valid claims are reviewed and corrected, including refunds where applicable.
6. Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback, contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Abuse of chargeback mechanisms may result in account restrictions.
7. How to Request a Refund Review
Submit your request through our contact form and include account email, transaction date, amount, and reason.
