Account Executive
Description
Terrific is hiring remote contract Account Executives to help build and close revenue across mid-market and enterprise customers. The role is not limited to maintaining an existing process; it is meant for someone who can help shape how the company sells while driving new business. This position covers the full sales cycle, from pipeline development through close and expansion, with strong ownership over messaging, deal strategy, and customer value creation.
Responsibilities
▪ Own a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities ▪ Run full-cycle sales from initial conversations through negotiation and close ▪ Conduct discovery with decision-makers and convert business needs into tailored solutions ▪ Lead demos and communicate the commercial value of the offering ▪ Maintain forecast discipline and healthy pipeline management ▪ Work with SDR, marketing, and product teams to support pipeline generation ▪ Share customer feedback internally to improve positioning and product direction ▪ Identify upsell and expansion opportunities after the initial sale
Candidate Requirements
▪ 4 to 8+ years of SaaS closing experience ▪ Experience selling to mid-market and or enterprise accounts ▪ Consistent record of meeting or beating quota ▪ Strong discovery, qualification, and deal management skills ▪ Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles ▪ High ownership and ability to work independently ▪ Familiarity with eCommerce, media, data-driven products, or PLG environments is helpful ▪ Experience with common sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Gong is a plus
