Description

N. Rich is seeking a fully remote contract Account Executive to grow revenue in the Nordics. This is a sales role for someone who can create pipeline, manage deals from first contact through close, and help shape go-to-market execution in a fast-moving revenue team. The position emphasizes consultative selling, self-sourced outbound work, and close coordination with SDR, marketing, and customer success partners.

Responsibilities

▪ Build and manage a self-generated pipeline through targeted outbound outreach ▪ Run deals end-to-end using a structured consultative sales approach ▪ Work with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve buyer journeys ▪ Test new go-to-market plays and share winning approaches with the team

Candidate Requirements

▪ 2+ years of SaaS sales success, ideally in consultative B2B environments ▪ Strong self-prospecting skills across LinkedIn, cold email, and outbound methods ▪ Clear English communication and storytelling ability ▪ Based in the Nordics and willing to travel occasionally
