Description
Activate Talent is hiring a remote independent contractor to run affiliate and influencer growth efforts for a consumer brand. The role combines partner recruitment, program management, campaign support, and performance analysis across established affiliate networks. This marketing position is designed for someone who can manage day-to-day channel operations while improving partner quality, commercial results, and promotional execution in a fully remote setup.
Responsibilities
▪ Oversee daily operations of the affiliate program across major partner networks ▪ Recruit, onboard, and support affiliate and influencer partners aligned with the brand ▪ Track channel metrics such as conversion rate, ROAS, AOV, and customer acquisition cost ▪ Coordinate product pushes, launches, and seasonal promotions through affiliate channels ▪ Strengthen partner relationships to improve ongoing performance and retention
Candidate Requirements
▪ 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing or influencer partnerships ▪ Familiarity with networks such as Impact, ShareASale, Awin, or Rakuten ▪ Ability to evaluate performance data and optimize channel outcomes ▪ Strong communication and relationship-management skills ▪ Organized approach to campaign coordination and partner operations
