Betstamp is hiring a remote part-time contract Growth Associate to expand its presence in New Jersey through events, community outreach, and user education. The role combines grassroots marketing with sales-style engagement to increase app adoption and local awareness. This opportunity is designed for someone who enjoys sports, likes working directly with communities, and wants hands-on experience in promotional activations and growth efforts.
Responsibilities
▪ Organize and run watch parties, venue activations, and local marketing events ▪ Explain the product to potential users and show how it supports better betting decisions ▪ Drive downloads and engagement through community-based outreach ▪ Track results from activations and report performance back to the team
Candidate Requirements
▪ Strong interest in sports and the sports betting space ▪ Existing ties to communities in New Jersey ▪ Outgoing communication style and comfort leading local initiatives ▪ Creative mindset for building awareness through events and outreach ▪ Interest in growing a brand through grassroots marketing activity
