Braze Marketing Consultant
Description
Zinovo is hiring a remote contract consultant to support client programs built on Braze across the LATAM team. The role focuses on marketing automation, journey orchestration, campaign implementation, segmentation, and integrations that improve customer engagement. This position is best suited to someone who combines technical execution with consulting skills and can guide projects from design through delivery. The work spans email, push, in-app messaging, personalization, and data-connected lifecycle programs.
Responsibilities
▪ Lead solution design, technical analysis, and documentation for Braze-based engagement programs ▪ Build and optimize cross-channel customer journeys using email, push, SMS, in-app messaging, and content cards ▪ Create templates, personalization logic, segmentation frameworks, and triggered campaigns ▪ Support integrations with external platforms such as data warehouses, CDPs, and backend systems ▪ Implement event tracking and user attribute structures that enable better personalization ▪ Review campaign outcomes and improve engagement strategies based on performance data ▪ Help manage preference centers and subscription workflows
Candidate Requirements
▪ 3–5 years of client-facing experience gathering requirements and documenting solutions ▪ 4+ years working with Braze or a similar lifecycle marketing platform ▪ 6+ years in email automation, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management ▪ Strong working knowledge of Braze Canvas, campaigns, segmentation, and personalization tools ▪ Experience with Liquid, APIs, webhooks, and data integrations ▪ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for message templates ▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experimentation experience
