Description

Goodnotes is hiring a remote U.S. -based business development representative on a 12-month fixed-term contract that can be renewed. The role sits at the front of the enterprise sales motion and is responsible for generating pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and handing strong leads to account executives. This position blends outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, event support, and cross-functional feedback sharing. It is designed for someone early in their sales career who can manage high outreach volume while staying organized and data-informed.

Responsibilities

▪ Build and manage outbound pipeline across an assigned U.S. territory ▪ Research accounts and identify decision-makers for new business outreach ▪ Run multi-channel prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, and related channels ▪ Qualify leads and pass sales-ready opportunities to account executives with clear context ▪ Schedule demos and discovery meetings while maintaining momentum between teams ▪ Support virtual and in-person events that help generate pipeline ▪ Share recurring objections, competitor feedback, and messaging insights with marketing and product teams ▪ Use HubSpot and sales intelligence tools to prioritize activity and manage pipeline data

Candidate Requirements

▪ 1-2 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound sales, ideally in B2B SaaS ▪ History of hitting or exceeding pipeline or SQL targets ▪ Strong English communication skills ▪ Good understanding of how U.S. enterprise buying works ▪ Comfortable with cold outreach across phone, email, and social channels ▪ Able to explain product value clearly and tailor messaging to prospects ▪ Strong organization skills and experience managing large outreach volumes ▪ Familiarity with HubSpot CRM; AI-assisted prospecting experience is a plus
