Culture, Social & Partnership Marketing (Independent Contractor, Tinder Thailand)
Description
Tinder is seeking an independent contractor to support culture-led marketing, social content, and partnership initiatives for Thailand, one of its priority growth markets. The remote contract is designed for someone who understands local youth culture and can translate that insight into campaigns, collaborations, and digital storytelling. This assignment combines creative execution with project coordination, including influencer work, localized content, reporting, budget tracking, and support for priority marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
▪ Plan and deliver culture-driven marketing and influencer initiatives for Tinder Thailand ▪ Develop localized social and digital content with internal teams and external agencies ▪ Identify and manage partnership and brand collaboration opportunities ▪ Turn Thai Gen Z and young millennial insights into campaign concepts and creative ideas ▪ Support priority projects for the Thailand market lead ▪ Manage timelines, budgets, reporting, and campaign documentation
Candidate Requirements
▪ 3–5 years of experience in marketing, social, influencer, partnerships, content, or agency work ▪ Strong understanding of Thai youth culture, trends, creators, and social behavior ▪ Hands-on experience with influencer campaigns, social activations, or brand collaborations ▪ Strong organizational and project management skills across multiple workstreams ▪ Comfortable with both creative ideation and operational follow-through ▪ Strong Thai and English communication skills and authorization to contract in Thailand
