EMAIL MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER (100% Remote outside of Canada)
Description
PersistIQ, part of Wishpond, is hiring a remote contractor to manage B2B cold email programs for client accounts. The role is client-facing and focuses on translating business goals into campaign plans, coordinating with fulfillment teams, and improving results through monitoring and optimization. This position fits someone who can manage relationships and campaign delivery at the same time, using reporting and strategic communication to keep clients engaged and growing.
Responsibilities
▪ Act as the main contact for a portfolio of B2B client accounts ▪ Turn client goals into clear briefs for SDR, lead generation, and copywriting teams ▪ Coordinate cross-functional campaign execution to keep deliverables on track ▪ Review campaign results and present performance findings in client-friendly reports ▪ Identify risks early, recommend improvements, and surface expansion opportunities ▪ Maintain strong client relationships through proactive and strategic communication ▪ Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected standard
Candidate Requirements
▪ 2+ years in account management and digital marketing ▪ Email marketing experience is helpful ▪ Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once ▪ Strong communication and presentation skills with comfort explaining performance data ▪ Tech-savvy, quick to learn, and organized in remote work settings ▪ Fluent English, written and spoken ▪ Experience with project management or lead generation tools is a plus
