Field Marketing Specialist
Description
Ping Identity is looking for a UK-based remote field marketer on a working contract to support pipeline growth across the UKI region. The position goes beyond event execution and focuses on integrated campaigns, account-based activity, and close partnership with sales teams to influence revenue outcomes. This contract marketing role is designed for someone who can help execute regional go-to-market plans, coordinate internal and external contributors, and keep programs aligned to measurable pipeline goals while working remotely with occasional travel.
Responsibilities
▪ Help shape the regional marketing approach needed to support growth targets ▪ Coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors to execute regional GTM activity ▪ Support and deliver the marketing plan with attention to pipeline-driving metrics ▪ Assist the Field Marketing Manager with additional demand-generation tactics ▪ Refine regional campaign tactics to deepen engagement in target accounts ▪ Partner with broader EMEA marketing teams on vertical and use-case campaigns, including ABM efforts ▪ Share campaign feedback, results analysis, and recommended next steps ▪ Support budget and procurement processes with spending oversight
Candidate Requirements
▪ 2-3 years of field marketing experience, ideally in B2B technology ▪ Experience in fast-growing SaaS, software, or IT environments ▪ Strong commercial awareness and understanding of pipeline and revenue metrics ▪ Familiarity with Salesforce; Marketo experience is a plus ▪ Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence sales teams ▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ▪ Organized, analytical, and comfortable working independently
