Responsibilities

▪ Launch and improve paid, drip, and lifecycle programs tied to revenue and pipeline goals ▪ Support always-on and campaign-based demand generation that creates, nurtures, and converts opportunities ▪ Monitor funnel, engagement, and intent data to refine campaign performance ▪ Partner with Sales and BDR teams so programs align with target accounts and buying groups ▪ Contribute to ABM execution and integrated multi-channel campaign delivery ▪ Manage paid channels such as LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and other demand programs ▪ Build nurture flows that help move leads and opportunities forward ▪ Share insights and recommendations to improve demand efficiency

Candidate Requirements

▪ 3-5 years of B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing experience ▪ Hands-on experience with paid media and drip or lifecycle execution ▪ Exposure to account-based marketing programs ▪ Strong execution skills with a focus on pipeline and revenue impact ▪ Analytical ability in campaign reporting, attribution, and funnel analysis ▪ Collaborative working style with sales, BDR, product marketing, and customer teams ▪ Strong organization and attention to detail ▪ Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting platforms ▪ Interest in using AI or LLM-based tools to improve campaign outcomes
