Description

Agent is hiring a remote independent contractor in LATAM for a sales role that begins with reactivating a large pool of existing customers and expands into broader inside sales execution. The position includes qualification, appointment setting, pricing conversations, and closing support while working closely with the outside sales team. The role is best suited to someone comfortable operating inside defined processes and CRM-driven workflows while helping keep deals moving through the funnel.

Responsibilities

▪ Re-engage existing customers and revive opportunities from the company's contact base ▪ Qualify leads, set appointments, discuss pricing, and support deal progression through closure ▪ Coordinate with the outside sales team to keep handoffs smooth and the funnel moving ▪ Follow structured workflows using HubSpot, JustCall, and AI-assisted tools ▪ Provide administrative sales support and maintain organized pipeline activity

Candidate Requirements

▪ 3+ years of success in B2B or B2C sales, SDR work, or a customer support-to-sales transition ▪ Experience with database management and lead re-engagement ▪ Strong English communication skills by phone and in writing ▪ Detail-oriented approach with strong organization and research ability ▪ Background in construction, roofing, or home services is preferred
