Description

Simbe is looking for a remote consultant to improve its revenue analytics and go-to-market systems during a key growth period. The assignment focuses on creating more reliable funnel visibility, better pipeline reporting, and smarter use of marketing and sales technology to support faster execution. This is a project-based remote contract expected to run 6 to 12 weeks, with the possibility of additional support afterward. The work blends strategic assessment with practical implementation across marketing, sales, and commercial operations.

Responsibilities

▪ Assess the current martech stack, reporting setup, and Salesforce data structure ▪ Identify bottlenecks affecting deal speed, targeting quality, and account expansion ▪ Design a practical reporting model for funnel performance, pipeline health, and deal movement ▪ Create dashboard frameworks for marketing leaders, executives, and board-level stakeholders ▪ Recommend a prioritized roadmap for tool optimization, automation, and future investments ▪ Implement initial reporting and systems improvements with internal stakeholders ▪ Align teams on shared metrics, definitions, workflows, and long-term ownership

Candidate Requirements

▪ 8-15+ years in B2B marketing operations, RevOps, GTM systems leadership, or similar consulting work ▪ Strong record of building funnel analytics and pipeline reporting in complex sales environments ▪ Deep familiarity with Salesforce data models and reporting ▪ Experience with tools such as 6sense, Apollo, CRM and marketing automation platforms, and sales engagement systems ▪ Ability to design lean, high-impact systems and translate data into executive-level insights ▪ Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on during implementation
