Marketing Assistant - Contract
Description
ECFX is hiring a remote marketing assistant on a contract basis in the United States. This is a support-oriented marketing operations role that works with the Senior Marketing Manager to keep campaigns and programs organized. The position focuses on behind-the-scenes coordination, especially around events, webinars, contact records, and content-related tasks.
Responsibilities
▪ Support day-to-day marketing operations for the internal team ▪ Help coordinate webinars, events, and related logistics ▪ Maintain contact records and marketing data with accuracy ▪ Assist with content organization and execution tasks ▪ Keep ongoing marketing initiatives on schedule and well documented
Candidate Requirements
▪ Highly organized and able to work independently ▪ Comfortable supporting marketing operations rather than front-line strategy ownership ▪ Able to manage details across events, webinars, and contact workflows ▪ Strong communication and coordination skills ▪ Suitable for an entry-level candidate with solid administrative discipline
