Marketing Manager - Remote (Contractor)

Human Intelligence is hiring a remote marketing leader on a contractor basis to drive brand positioning, funnel performance, and growth execution across multiple business lines. The role blends strategy and hands-on channel management in an AI-enabled environment. This position is geared toward someone who can build conversion systems, improve paid performance, and create reporting that ties marketing work to revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
▪ Shape overall marketing direction and positioning across several verticals ▪ Build and optimize conversion funnels using GoHighLevel and related CRM systems ▪ Manage paid media activity and improve return on ad spend across channels ▪ Grow community presence, media visibility, and thought-leadership reach ▪ Add AI automations into marketing workflows to increase efficiency ▪ Produce clear ROI dashboards and performance reporting
Candidate Requirements
▪ Strong experience leading multi-channel marketing execution ▪ Comfortable building funnels, managing CRM workflows, and improving campaign performance ▪ Familiarity with paid acquisition and revenue-focused optimization ▪ Able to work independently in a contractor arrangement with fast turnaround needs ▪ Useful extras include branding knowledge, CRM depth, and sales-funnel experience
