Paid Growth Marketing Consultant
Description
Right Side Up is adding freelance growth marketers to its consultant network to support a mix of high-growth clients. The work centers on paid acquisition and broader funnel strategy, with assignments that can range from direct execution to higher-level growth planning. This is a remote contract opportunity rather than a permanent internal role. Engagements are structured around client needs and commonly run between 10 and 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
▪ Build and expand paid acquisition programs across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn ▪ Create full-funnel growth plans spanning customer acquisition and retention ▪ Improve campaign efficiency using metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROI ▪ Test new channels, experiments, and scaling opportunities ▪ Work with creative, content, product, and analytics partners to strengthen performance ▪ Turn campaign data into practical recommendations and iteration plans
Candidate Requirements
▪ Strong background in growth marketing, especially in startup or fast-moving environments ▪ Demonstrated success scaling paid channels and producing measurable business results ▪ Experience handling budgets across multiple paid platforms ▪ Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution ▪ Comfortable interpreting performance data and working cross-functionally ▪ Familiarity with retention or lifecycle strategy is a plus
