Paid Media Specialist (Contract)

Digital Reach Agency is hiring a remote contract paid media specialist in the United States to support B2B campaign execution. The role centers on launching, monitoring, and improving paid acquisition programs across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. This position fits someone with early-career paid media experience who is detail-oriented, comfortable working inside campaign platforms, and available to contribute during standard U.S. Eastern time business hours.
Responsibilities
▪ Assist with launching and managing B2B paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads ▪ Track campaign performance and help optimize toward agreed goals ▪ Maintain accuracy in setup, pacing, and day-to-day execution details ▪ Support reporting and communicate findings to internal stakeholders ▪ Work within agency processes and collaboration tools to keep deliverables on track
Candidate Requirements
▪ Around 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads ▪ Familiarity with B2B paid media execution and performance monitoring ▪ Strong attention to detail in campaign setup and management ▪ Ability to work up to 35 hours per week during EST business hours ▪ Comfortable collaborating in a remote agency environment
