Right Side Up is recruiting freelance paid search specialists for its marketing consultant collective. The role focuses on helping clients launch, scale, and optimize search programs that produce efficient customer and revenue growth. This is a remote contract engagement intended for external consultants, not a standard full-time staff position. Typical assignments run on a part-time to full-time consulting basis depending on client demand.
Responsibilities
▪ Build and manage paid search programs across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and YouTube ▪ Shape acquisition strategies that support revenue growth and efficient spend ▪ Conduct keyword research, audience planning, and campaign structuring ▪ Improve performance against metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV ▪ Test bidding approaches, ad copy, and landing page improvements ▪ Partner with creative, CRO, and analytics teams to raise conversion performance ▪ Analyze results and identify expansion opportunities across channels or markets
Candidate Requirements
▪ Solid experience owning and scaling paid search programs ▪ Background working with startups andor established companies ▪ Proven record of improving growth and efficiency through search marketing ▪ Deep familiarity with major search ad platforms and best practices ▪ Strong analytical ability and comfort with performance reporting ▪ Able to operate strategically while also executing directly ▪ Experience with Performance Max, Shopping, or YouTube is a plus
