ShaeWellness is looking for a remote contract account manager to oversee partner relationships after the initial sale. The position focuses on onboarding, renewals, expansions, collections, and retention, making it a revenue-oriented role centered on long-term account health. Responsibilities
▪ Manage partner accounts after handoff from the initial sale ▪ Lead onboarding and keep accounts progressing smoothly after launch ▪ Drive renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and support retention efforts ▪ Monitor account issues, collections, and relationship health in CRM systems
Candidate Requirements
▪ Experience in account management, partnerships, or customer revenue ownership ▪ Strong skills in renewals, retention, and expansion conversations ▪ Comfortable handling partner communication and account tracking remotely ▪ Able to balance relationship management with commercial outcomes
