Peer Review Manager - Contract
Description
WalkMe is hiring a remote part-time contractor to lead peer review programs across Gartner Peer Insights and G2. The role sits within corporate marketing and focuses on expanding review volume, protecting category leadership, and turning customer advocacy into usable assets for sales and marketing teams. This engagement is well suited to someone with direct experience running review programs in B2B SaaS and managing stakeholders with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
▪ Run peer review initiatives across Gartner Peer Insights and G2 to strengthen category standing ▪ Convert customer reviews into assets that support market credibility and sales conversations ▪ Expand the program into adjacent categories such as AI and learning technology ▪ Manage review operations end to end, including profiles, moderation, incentives, and timelines ▪ Partner with field marketing on review-generation efforts tied to events ▪ Collaborate with customer marketing and analyst relations on broader strategy
Candidate Requirements
▪ 3+ years of experience managing G2 and Gartner Peer Insights programs in B2B SaaS ▪ Strong familiarity with G2 Seller Solutions and Gartner's vendor tools ▪ Ability to connect review strategy with analyst positioning and market impact ▪ Excellent writing and executive-level outreach skills ▪ Proven ability to work across customer success, sales, and field marketing teams ▪ Self-directed approach suited to contractor work
