Responsibilities
▪ Own at least one paid acquisition channel from setup through optimization and reporting ▪ Run frequent tests across creatives, audiences, placements, and related growth levers ▪ Analyze campaign performance and use insights to improve CAC, conversion, and scale ▪ Help strengthen acquisition funnels through continuous iteration and experimentation ▪ Work with cross-functional partners to improve execution speed and growth outcomes
Candidate Requirements
▪ Roughly 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition ▪ Hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital ad channels ▪ Strong analytical ability and comfort with reporting and experiment evaluation ▪ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment with clear ownership ▪ Familiarity with creative testing and funnel thinking is valuable
