Performance Marketing Lead (Contract)
Description
CardFlight is engaging an independent contractor to lead acquisition execution and measurement across paid media, partnerships, and growth experiments. The work covers campaign operations, attribution, experimentation, and the development of scalable channels that generate qualified leads and profitable customer growth. This is a U.S. -based remote contract engagement structured around business outcomes. The role includes paid acquisition ownership, affiliate and referral channel development, and rapid testing supported by AI-driven workflows.
Responsibilities
▪ Own paid acquisition from spend through revenue impact ▪ Optimize bids, audiences, creative, and landing page performance ▪ Build affiliate and referral programs that generate qualified leads ▪ Recruit partners, negotiate terms, and improve tracking accuracy ▪ Run growth experiments in emerging or underused channels ▪ Build reporting that connects acquisition activity to CRM and revenue outcomes
Candidate Requirements
▪ Proven success building and scaling acquisition programs from scratch ▪ Strong command of paid channels, attribution, and performance measurement ▪ Experience with affiliate or referral partnerships and channel development ▪ Ability to run experiments quickly and make data-based decisions ▪ Familiarity with using AI tools and workflows to improve execution ▪ Comfortable working independently with accountability for measurable outcomes
