Performance Marketing Manager
Description
GiddyUp is hiring a fully remote contract marketer to improve pricing, promotional strategy, and conversion performance across its direct-to-consumer offers. The role combines commercial strategy with rigorous testing to lift revenue efficiency, order value, and scalability. The position is best suited to a performance marketer with strong direct-response experience who can work across pricing, landing page presentation, offer design, and experimentation frameworks in a fast-moving remote environment.
Responsibilities
▪ Build and optimize pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies across offers and brands ▪ Design testing plans for discounting, upsells, post-purchase offers, and related conversion levers ▪ Partner with campaign, creative, data, and traffic teams to launch and evaluate experiments ▪ Define hypotheses, core metrics, guardrails, and rollout structures for pricing tests ▪ Analyze results across revenue, margin, conversion, and order-value metrics ▪ Help scale successful offer strategies across additional brands and traffic sources
Candidate Requirements
▪ 5+ years in performance, direct-response, or growth marketing ▪ Experience creating pricing, promotion, and bundle strategies for ecommerce or DTC businesses ▪ Strong background in experimentation, conversion optimization, and data-led decision making ▪ Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, operations, and analytics teams ▪ Familiarity with affiliate or partner marketing is a plus ▪ Experience with advanced testing platforms is preferred
