Product Marketing, Pharmacy (CONTRACT)
Description
Transcarent is hiring a full-time remote contractor in the United States to lead product marketing for its pharmacy solutions. The assignment focuses on sharpening positioning, supporting launches, and building field materials that help commercial teams and consultants understand the value of the company's pharmacy offerings. The role is geared toward an experienced product marketer who already understands the pharmacy benefits landscape and can contribute quickly with minimal ramp time.
Responsibilities
▪ Own messaging and positioning for pharmacy-related solutions, including PBM and navigation offerings ▪ Build sales materials such as pitch narratives, objection handling, competitive comparisons, and proof points ▪ Create consultant-facing content that explains fit, differentiation, and expected employer outcomes ▪ Support launches and product updates with coordinated go-to-market messaging and execution ▪ Work closely with Product, Sales, and Consultant Relations on active commercial priorities
Candidate Requirements
▪ 6+ years of product marketing experience ▪ Significant experience in pharmacy benefits is required ▪ Familiarity with how self-insured employers and benefits consultants evaluate solutions ▪ Ability to independently produce polished, customer-ready materials ▪ Strong prioritization, judgment, and execution skills in fast-moving environments ▪ Background in B2B or B2B2C healthcare is preferred
