SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (100% Remote outside of Canada)
Description
Wishpond is hiring a full-time contract account executive for a fully remote sales role serving clients primarily in the US and Canada. The posting states the role can be performed from locations outside Canada and is focused on managing the full sales cycle. The hire will prospect, run discovery and demos, close business, and keep pipeline reporting accurate in the CRM. The role also requires close coordination with marketing, partner success, and account management to support smooth onboarding and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
▪ Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demos and closing ▪ Present Wishpond's solutions to business owners in an assigned territory ▪ Build pipeline through outbound calling, email outreach, and events ▪ Meet or exceed sales quotas and productivity targets ▪ Stay current on marketing initiatives and use them effectively during sales conversations ▪ Build trusted relationships with internal teams and prospective or current customers ▪ Partner with account management to support successful onboarding of new clients ▪ Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasting, and activity reporting
Candidate Requirements
▪ 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS and preferably with marketing-related exposure ▪ Proven ability to hit quota and other sales performance targets ▪ Knowledge of the digital marketing industry is considered an advantage ▪ Strong relationship-building and client-management skills ▪ Solid communication, organization, and time-management abilities ▪ Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment ▪ Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
