Senior Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships Consultant (B2B)
Description
Right Side Up is looking for a remote consultant to support B2SMB affiliate and partnership programs for client accounts. This contract role blends strategy, relationship management, partner recruitment, and performance optimization for companies that want partnerships to contribute more directly to pipeline and revenue. Consultants act as an embedded extension of the team while keeping the flexibility of contract work. Engagements typically range from part-time to near full-time availability depending on client needs.
Responsibilities
▪ Manage client relationships with proactive communication, guidance, and program oversight ▪ Build and run affiliate and partnership strategies aligned to customer acquisition and pipeline goals ▪ Recruit and activate partners such as marketplaces, publishers, agencies, consultants, and creators in B2B niches ▪ Improve partner performance with a focus on lead quality, revenue influence, and channel ROI ▪ Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and budget recommendations for stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
▪ 5+ years of experience leading B2B affiliate, referral, or partner programs ▪ Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, attribution complexity, and partner ecosystems ▪ Ability to manage strategy and daily execution across multiple stakeholders ▪ Experience presenting recommendations and negotiating partnership terms ▪ Comfort working independently in a client-facing consulting capacity
