Responsibilities
▪ Research target companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn, CRM data, and sales-intelligence tools ▪ Run outbound outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn to secure qualified meetings ▪ Hold discovery conversations to assess fit, timing, and commercial potential ▪ Keep HubSpot records and follow-up notes accurate and up to date ▪ Work with senior sponsorship sellers and marketing on outreach messaging and account focus ▪ Meet activity and conversion goals tied to meetings booked and pipeline creation
Candidate Requirements
▪ Prior experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting ▪ B2B sales experience preferred ▪ Comfortable working against clear outreach and performance targets ▪ Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging US-based prospects ▪ Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartlead, Aircall, or comparable platforms
