Sr. Growth Marketing Associate (Contractor)

Description

Acorns is looking for a contract growth marketer to help expand paid acquisition beyond its established channels. The work centers on testing emerging media platforms, coordinating creative iterations, and measuring which experiments can contribute efficient user growth. This is a remote-first contract role in the United States with an expected six-month term and full-time hours.

Responsibilities

▪ Build and run a structured testing plan for newer paid channels such as alternative social and display platforms ▪ Handle daily campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, and in-flight optimizations for channel experiments ▪ Work with creative partners to shape ad assets that fit each platform and test environment ▪ Partner with analytics stakeholders to design lift studies and review experiment outcomes ▪ Track performance trends and escalate larger strategic decisions when needed

Candidate Requirements

▪ Around 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing ▪ Familiarity with paid media testing, attribution, and campaign measurement ▪ Strong analytical skills and comfort turning test results into actionable insights ▪ Ability to collaborate across marketing, analytics, and creative teams ▪ Experience with mobile or digital consumer products is helpful
