Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced business education is a plus • At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development • Demonstrated success hitting sales targets and running marketing campaigns • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Mailchimp • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical decision-making skills
