Responsibilities
• Lead platform-wide growth strategy across short-form social channels and related audience funnels • Run frequent tests on hooks, formats, stories, and creative approaches to identify scalable winners • Increase conversion from viewers into deeper community participation such as email lists and member spaces • Coordinate publishing workflows and improve systems that support timely execution • Report on growth trends, content performance, and experiment outcomes
Candidate Requirements
• 3 to 5+ years of digital marketing experience with strong emphasis on social growth and content strategy • Proven record of building audience growth on social platforms • Deep understanding of storytelling, analytics, and testing for short-form content • Ability to use project management tools and common Google workspace tools • Comfort with video-oriented creative workflows and platform-native analytics
