Part-Time UGC Marketing Manager
Description
Ad Hoc Labs is looking for a remote contract marketer to build and operate its user-generated content program for Burner. The work centers on producing creator-led assets for paid and organic channels, especially Meta ads, TikTok, and Instagram Reels, while developing a repeatable workflow for sourcing and managing creators. This is a part-time assignment for someone who can combine performance marketing instincts with strong creator coordination, content judgment, and operational follow-through.
Responsibilities
• Source, brief, and manage creators producing video assets for paid and organic campaigns • Prioritize UGC for Meta advertising while expanding content usage on TikTok and Instagram Reels • Test customer and creator sourcing approaches to expand the content pipeline • Review submissions, provide feedback, and ensure assets meet brand and quality standards • Adapt platform trends into briefs, hooks, and concepts that feel native to each channel • Handle outreach, rights, timelines, contracts, payments, revisions, and asset organization end to end
Candidate Requirements
• Experience running UGC programs or creator campaigns with a strong performance focus • Familiarity with content formats and trends across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook • Strong project management and communication skills • Ability to assess what feels authentic and conversion-friendly on short-form video platforms • Comfort working with creators, freelance talent, and cross-functional marketing partners • Bonus if you know Meta creative metrics and creative testing workflows
